I bought a "power chair/scooter?" because I'm crazy. Intent of putting a 2 stroke motorized bike engine on it. But alas, I'm screwed, the bus won't let me ride it inside because it has a gas tank, the store, yadda, yadda, the electric part still works. Assholes. Came with a lever that freewheels the thing if desired. 8" tires won't go fast enough for traffic. Most of my best ideas aren't legal. Due to mobility problems, I'm looking at power chairs. If Hoveround offers a model to deal with the Colorado outdoors, wouldn't a gasoline-powered option, with knobby tires, be the way to go?
Liz and I have to get a Class 2 hitch welded into our Ford Focus ZST, to carry the power chair with one of those carriers that have a ramp to drive the power chair up to its 'parking place'.

We do have black widows and scorpions. Also various spiders...we try to spray often but we are in a newer development and our back yard is not landscaped. Do you have Brown Recluse, or Black Widow spiders in your area? If so, I'd get it looked at. I'm not a doctor, but I have been bitten by a Brown Recluse, on the inside of my upper thigh. Low-grade fever, and the glands in that area of my body became sore.
I had tissue damage from that bite. I can reach down there, and there's still a substantial depression that I can feel.
Sometimes, it can be as simple as leaving a pair of sweat pants in the back seat of your car at the park,.windows open.

Ah yes nurses are their own worst patients lamo. Sounds like a spider bite. I had something similar during the summer. Little tiny dot in the middle and it got red around it and itched and sometimes burned. It was def some kind of bite. It took months to go away. Hope it goes away fast for you.
Did the muscle hurt under the bite ? That's what hurts me...and yes...nurses are not great pts! Lolol
It did everything lol. Sometimes it hurt, sometimes it itched, sometimes it burned. Their was def some kind of little poison in there. I'm like you though. I'm not going to the Doctor until it's almost to late ! No down time for me allowed. If it gets worse or you don't feel good ask one of the Docs while your working ! I mean your right there !
Well shit...lolAs I was in my office one day, a bug that looked like a tank got on my keyboard. Picked it up to throw it outside, (the bug looked too cool to kill) & it bit me, hard! I introduced it to the bottom of my boot. Lost feeling in my hand, then pain I have never had. Lasted for hours. Being to cool, we found it on the web. It's not lethal to everyone, but hurt like it was. They said if you don't die in an hour, you'll be alright. No Anti Venom exists. They also said once bit you might die from it in 10 years. If it has more than 4 legs, it's dead if I see it.
Every Storm runs out of rain.What a gloomy day. The weather is awful, and with Tropical Cyclone Joaquin approaching the Southeastern US of A, plus a cold front coming out of the North beginning Thursday, all it really means... is... more rain.
There were people freaking out here where I live. Buying bread, water, and survival food in the form of Dinty Moore Beef Stew (yep - the same canned stuff the military used to get in "C-Rats" (C-Rations).
Now, they have MREs (meals ready to eat). Not much better, but, you don't need a combat stove to heat them up.
Or, to pinpoint your location to the enemy.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if humans weren't so warlike? If we understand emotions like love, compassion and empathy - and, revel in their wonderment - then, why do we have such rampant dissension all around the world?
Some pundits lay it on the doorstep of religious differences. Some say it's the inability of different cultures being tolerant of one another.

. Work is OVER.....so that's good. Woke up this morning and checked my email. Someone figured out my password on my Amazon account and decided to TRY to order a new iPhone 6s (for $1000.48 ). Then today, they got into my Walmart account (with the same password) and tried to order some computer stuff and a couple of REFURB Sony cell phones. EVERYTHING got caught and cancelled. UnFUkNbeliveable!
