But the vct5 is the best? I dont mind spending more for better batteries. I went with the HG2 for mAh ratings, does the IPV D2 not need the 30a CDR thats recommended on VaporDNA?
Unless you're pushing the chip really hard you will be fine with HG2's. The D2 probably can't fire anything that will draw more than the 20 amp CDR. If you vape near that frequently, VTC4's are probably better. Lifespan or head room with your amp draw. You choose. I have a few VTC5's that I use for low builds in mechs, and a ton of HE2's. Both get pretty equal lifespan, and perform pretty equal. That extra 10 amps for the Sony's is there when needed, though.
I just got 6 HG2's for pairing for my dual battery boxes, first set lasted all day yesterday, I'm using the second pair now, on to the third after. I almost always have to change battery's once during the day with HE2's. Not so with HG2's. That extra 1000 MAH is nice. I have an iPV Mini 2 and it eats through batteries, so I think you're gonna be happy you got the HG2's especially for a single battery device.
