Mixed up a kinda Boss Reserve Clone, making loads of Substitutes (as I didn't have everything, probably the problem :/)
After a shake and warm water bath, it kinda tastes like flat beer/ale.. Is there anything I can do ? I have TFA sweetener, and a tonn of other flavours .. If its a write off, I can accept that :)
Heres what I did.. (percentages )

Banana (FA) 3
Caramel (FA)1
Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA)3
Honey (FA)0.05
Marshmallow (FA)1
Meringue (FA)1
Peanut Butter (CAP)3
Vienna Cream (FA)1

Thanks in advance..

Hard to say but you can just let it sit and see what happens every couple days, was this a recipe online or something you came up with?

Nothing to lose with letting it steep for...who knows keep trying it and if it doesn't work out write it off and let the drain have it...I know it's tough but it happens:)

It was a cutwood boss reserve V3? recipe off e-liquid recipes, but I made loads of subs :/ So I guess it was just a "add a load see what happens kind of experiment )

Hmmmm with subs was the caps pb subbed? I have only found one use for it in a pb recipe otherwise it has funked up a couple of my tries with other recipes. Subs are always a crapshoot as it all is so different.

My first thought was the peanut butter, because the flavor combos all sound great. For me, I'd omit honey, but ONLY because I don't like honey vapes. Let us know how it steeps out.

Have you tried MTS vape wizard? Hardly use it, but there have been some of my mixes I've made that were a little off and it made them better. Can't remember the directions, but I'm pretty sure it's in the flavor description. (from flavour art) I do remember it only takes about 1 or 2 drops per 10 mil.

That said, the key in my mixes were that they were a little off. If it tastes terrible my experience is no amount of steeping will help. If it tastes chemically or like an alcohol aftertaste let it steep, check it after a week making sure to give it some good shakes throughout that week. If it's better but not there steep some more. If it's still awful after a week it might be time for the drain. I do have peanut butter that I have used successfully, but I think it's TFA. I know it's not Cap. Can't help you with that one, never used cap pb.

Good luck.

I have a flavour I will NOT be buying again, Caramel cappuccino from TFA, and when first made it tastes like GARLIC.

After about 2 weeks of steeping, it tastes of coffee, but another brand I tried before was much better, either chefs vapour chefs choice or mom and pop, it tasted exactly like taking a sip of sweet cappuccino.

So, I think leave it for a while, try a drop every few days to find out. In a couple of weeks it might taste nice :)

With new recipes I usually make just 10ml in a 15ml bottle. If it needs more flavor, I can still tweak, due to 5ml space. If it's real bad, that small amount doesn't hurt, when it goes down the drain.

Same here. Much easier to shake the hell out of it while impatiently waiting to give it a first whack!
