I played with my nuts today

I got FA Pistachio(new) and Marzipan in today so I decided to play with my nuts. First I mixed up HIC's Almond Apple Tart. Then I went ahead and mixed up Jason's White Coconut Cake. The real challenge came when it came to Pistachio. There doesn't seem to be too much info of recipes floating around so I went ahead and put together a Pistachio Ice Cream W/Almond. Well, I couldn't help myself and just couldn't stop playing with my nuts, so I put together a Butterscotch Almond Cookie using Marzipan. I was so happy to play with my nuts today, I felt I had to tell everyone about it.:D
Please, if you have any good Pistachio recipes, let me know.:)

The Pistachio has good flavor but it seems strong, even .25% will stand out in a recipe. Are you finding the same thing?

I haven't tried it yet. I couldn't find much info to go on(I felt so alone:(). I mixed it up at 1%
Pistachio(new)(FA) 1%
Vienna Cream(FA) 1.75%
Fresh Cream(FA) 1%
Almond(FA) .5%
I guess I'll find out once it steeps a bit. That's why I only do 12ml test batches in glass.
