Sometimes you have to look outside the community, for your solutions.

I found this the other day. If you look up a video, you'll see just how small it is. And how well it works with what it was designed for. Only $12 USD

Nice! I was using a cheap milk frother in my beaker. However, I'm mixing directly in my 120 ml bottles now. So far, I just shook the hell out of the bottles. I ordered one for $10 on Amazon Prime, just now.

I also shake my 120 ml bottles. But when I make 240 ml I use a $5 Ikea milk frother for a few seconds before pouring into the two bottles!

I hadn't thought of that. But...

The model paint stirrer is designed to stir without causing bubbles. Which seems to be a mortal sin with many people working with Nic..

As long as you don't overdo it it should be fine! I only do it for max of 30 secs of so so, and only then because I'm putting it into two different bottles. I do occasionally use a 10 ounce bottle, and then I just mix straight into the bottle and shake!

Something I've just started doing.

Blending all my flavors with my VG base, let it stand for an hour or so. THEN adding the Nic. That way I can stir the crap out of the flavor and base, without aerating the juice with the Nic.

I'm adding another step tomorrow, just as a test on a small batch. Pre-heating the VG, then adding the flavors and blending. Then allow it to come back to room temp before adding my Nic. I've heard both good and bad about this. I figured I would check it out myself.

I don't add my nic at all until the mix has steeped completely steeped, that allows me to mix it any time in-between with out worrying about oxidizing the nic. I don't use a frother but a magnetic mixer I made. I just add the nic with as little air as possible and mix it at a slower speed not to add the extra air
It may take weeks for flavors to develop but only a few days to incorporate nic into a mix.

I mix everything but the nic, and put it on my electronic stirrer for a couple of hours, then add my nic....fill the bottle up to the top, put plastic wrapp over the top to keep air out of the bottle put on the bottle cap and put it back on the magnetic stirrer for half and hour....I try and stir the nic into the juice with as little air as possible.
