I have the subox and im looking to upgrade and i have narrowed it down to these 2 contenders.

Which would you pick and why?

Whatever mod i get will be accompanied by a triton tank and i also plan on getting an RBA in the near future.

Im legitimitally stuck and dont know which to choose. T

Thanks for any advice.

Neither. IPV3 Li.

If you were gonna put a gun to my head and pick between the two, probably Xcube 2

If I had to pick between the two, I would buy the Sig 150TC, mostly because of all the problems that Smok mods have had in the past.

In all honesty though, I agree with @yamooo and would go for the IPV 3Li before either of these two mods.

I love my sigelei 75w tc (actually have 2... fantastic mod) it does burn batts, but easy swap. I have an x-cube 2 as well. I'd like to say good things about the x, but until they get the "crap app" fixed it spends most of its life on my coffee table. Also no Mac support is unfortunate. No updating unless @ a friends... paying for "upgrades" would be a whole lot easier to mentally process, if I could at least create an account.... nice feeling mod, works good in power mode.
Have suggested they hire a couple of 12 yr olds to code for them.

Sigelei is and will continue to be my daily driver till some of these issues are resolved.

P.S. I've got several smok products, BUT... until they get their software figured out, no more of my cash will be heading in their direction. If you sell a product, then ALL the functions should work as advertised.

Come on people, the software is PART of the price we paid for the unit, novelty or not it should work, period.

^^^ Agreed.... I love my X Cube, but can't even change my ramp up because the app keeps crashing. A friend told me you could run an older app version and avoid that, but haven't found it yet.
I have the non-temp control Sigelei and love it. Most dependable mod I have.

My X Cube got here Saturday and its on its way back. Absolutely no bluetooth connection what so ever and I tried everything. Maybe I just got a bad one.

I'll echo IPV3Li. I have this mod and it is great. But if it's between those two I would choose the sigelei.

I have both the sigelei 150tc and smok and I prefer the sigelei.the sigs batteries last longer and it feels better in the hand and not so gimmicky.and I also think the tc works better with the Sig.just my opinion and everyone has there own.

I do not own a Sigelei, but from the people that I know with them, they swear by them. They just work. I do have a Xcube II. I have seen alot of people lately saying they have problems with the app and upgrading. I did not have that experience. I did have a little issue when I first tried to sign up on their app when I first got it. They might have been having server issues at that time. I tried the next day and everything worked. I upgraded for the SS and Ti and haven't had a problem since. I almost never use the app (no need) except for getting you wire upgrade. The Xcube II is the best bang for your buck hands down. If you want something that's going to just work, then just get the Sigelei and be done. The Xcube II has great options for the money and I like the LED and full bar. It might be a little wonky on the setup, but once you're done, you don't have to deal with it if you don't want to. Good vaping to ya whatever you get.

I have both, the sigeli 150w tc wins over the xcube 2, build quality is better, better feel to it, it fires better than the xcube 2, the xcube 2 has an annoying delay/slow ramp up, the sigeli is instant on, really the sigeli just feels more refined.

Version 2.4.5.2 works fine from this link just make sure you don't have auto update on in the play store http://www.androidapps.biz/app/com.smoktech.smok

I have to eat my words, due to an awesome and very generous benefactor, @Artemis, I now have a Smok X Cube II, and I love it. I did have some issues getting it up and running, the app would not run on my phone, and I couldn't get the upgrade to take at first. This weekend I saw that there was an updated app available, and after I upgraded, it started working beautifully. It is a very advanced mod in many regards, and I have not had a chance to really mess with it yet, but the basic settings are easy enough and it has been fantastic so far.

I haven't seen a slow ramp up yet with mine, but I did give it the 180 watt upgrade, so maybe that is part of the fixes that came with it.
