These batteries still safe to use?

These are the EFEST 18650 2000mAh..

For some reason they end up scratching when im removing them from my sigelei 150W.

Would it cause any harm when im charging it or using it on my mod? Still works and chargers fine..

It also seems like the black ring part on one of the batteries is about to fall off..

Just need to know if I should grab a new pair.
