RIP Istick 50w

Well, my Eleaf Istick styled 50w bit the dust (I think) last night. I went through my nighly ritual of putting my setup to bed so to speak and turned it off. I turn my head and go back to watching TV. Out of the corner my eye I see a bunch of random numbers flashing quickly on the screen that I'd just turned off. It'd read correctly for a sec and then start flashing quickly with just random numbers scattered all over the screen. I tried to turn it off again and that just made the numbers pop-up even worse. As of right now its not doing anything so I'm assuming the battery finally died. May I have a moment of silence? She was my main mod so now I'm using the kbox seeing as how the Istick was the only one I had that was USB charge and the highest wattage I had that was regulated. I do have the Cherry Bomber mini (thanks @Geauxst ) but I don't think you're supposed to use tanks on it if I remember correctly. I'm gonna miss you my old friend...

Hmm I had a svd device do the same thing. Learned never to take it into a bathroom and take a shower because the steam will mess with them especially if you start using it right after. Try the I stick 60 great mod.

Wish I could try something else. It's safe to say that I'll be using the kbox until it dies as well...

I don't know about the shops where you live but our "vape" shops just sell the cheaper vw devices. They are more like beginner shops. We recently got a ivape store though thank lord. Before that stores out here that were reputable didn't even stock wire or other such build materials, or rda/rtas even.

My advice is check your vape shops and see if they have any at a reasonable price. Or go to royalty vape. I shop that website and get everything within 2 days. Everything that was supposed to be authentic was.

I think my iStick 50 lasted two weeks....never do that again, that's for sure. The iStick 100w is very reasonably priced and I really like mine so far. Takes two 18650s, but at least I know when the batteries die, the mod isn't dead too. Those KBoxes are pretty tough as well.

I think the 50 was a dud. I had the 20s and you know them. I love the 30 I think it is a great mod. Right now I'm trying the 60 so far I'm impressed, no loose buttons, no misfires and very impressed with the tc mode using ti. Really I did not think I would like the tc mode but I'm growing rather fond of it.

I know the feeling. Jobless for months with a nicotine addiction and bills to pay are not a good combination. Luckily I'm doing better now.

Hell our whole company got laid off 4 months ago they said they would have us come back in two months and instead they hired temps. Yes I know lawsuit but I'm sure they will have a way out of that. Now they are bringing immigrants over here they get first priority for job and everything else. This country is going fast.

My local vape shop started using 50 Watt Isticks for their testers a couple months ago. One of them vented in the store while a customer was sampling juice with it last week. No major damage, but apparently they blasted it with a fire extinguisher that made a HUGE mess of the store.

Now they are bringing immigrants over here they get first priority for job and everything else. This country is going fast.

I've experienced that as well... They're willing to work for less pay. I'm being taken to court by my stepmother who owns the property where I live. I'm probably being evicted tomorrow. Fun stuff...

My 2 Isticks died as well last week. Replaced them with the Joyetech Evic Mini and I am very pleased.
