Speaking of expensive liquor, I was at cosco yesterday and in a case saw many expensive liquors...one coniac (sorry spelling) it was 2500 bucks!! Called Louie 8th I think. ..crazy yo!!!

Vape on
Meh over glorified spoiled wine, pressed from spoiled grapes.
That is a pittance of what some of the great old scotches go for.
Hell I think some of the scotches that are 50+ years old are in the 10-20k range.

OK done grilling acorn squash... my god it does not smell good grilled.

Fucking smells like a pumpkin death orgy in here.

Got it cut down, simmering, I need to let it cook down a bit before hitting in the FP... or it turns to baby food.

I love soups, more so than most.....you can make a soup out of anything with a good started broth:)
I grilled 5 acorn squash.
been simmering with a half dozen carrots and ginger this afternoon.
Blended smooth... which horrorfied me... cross between babyshit and sick.
Had the brilliant idea to add some green.... Umm BAD idea. visually OMFG!!

But made my own Garam masala blend.
added the veg and heavy cream with greek yogurt to thicken it.
Now just melding into I do not know what.

But need to grill a platter of chicken breast, sprouts and asparagus for dinner.

You stepped up and took care of her, kudo's, she should be proud
God love ya both. You're a good son.
Yep she is and I think he does her.
No lymph involvment 4.8cm for those not in the know that is a size of a grade aa large egg.

She was given 6 months to live without chemo after her double masectomy, she told the oncologists to go piss up a rope and went dietary change and alternative.
Still gets pet scans and blood work and still all or about as normal as one can get.

Hell her one Doc is a triathlete and has a higher BP than mom does, her sitting pulse rate is almost scary low also.

I've seen what radiation and chemo can do to the body in breast cancer cases, its not something anyone should have to endure

She has she.
Honestly Susan G. has done such a fucking disservice to women in general it is not even funny. But that is another story.
Out of mom's interaction with other women with breast cancer only 15 are still alive, and those are the fuck chemo club. that is 15 out of over a thousand.

BC chemo drugs are expensive, destructive and all the medical establishment sees is 5 million a chest.
How they treat cancer patients is a god damned travisty.

i will @Huckleberried, gotta cook her dinner. doing grilled chicken with tons of veggies.

Jesus 5 million:(
That is with chemo and lumpectomy.. a re occurance is another 5 million.
Having seen first hand how the Dr.s treated her... holy shit it makes me glad I got out of medicine.
Don;t take chemo as per the fucking FDA then they will refuse all treatment to them but will take your co pays.

Amen to that, man. I'm so happy for your mom and her 15. I'm so sorry she had to go through what she did, but clearly, she wasn't alone. Have your mom hug you back for me, too, ok?

You got me all weepy.
Nah that is the happy the weepy is how fucked family can be, and you can see who your friends are. Mom got to tell a friend she had of 50+ years to fuck the hell off.
The family thing on christmas morning that she was not invited to dinner since they did not want to support her cancer fight.

Rosemary and marsala dry rubbed chicken breast.
Grill top seared zucks, asperigus, orange bell pepper and brussels.
The chicken got a siracha honey treatment.
The sprouts got some lime and vinegar.

And a bowl full of curry squash soup.

I have been thinking of doing a youtard channel about cooking.
I've taught a few classes, its was a blast. Actually for a while I wanted to be a chef instructor at a college but decided I'd rather stick to the actual restaurant side of the industry.

Ever worked in a professional kitchen? If not don't, you'll end up hating cooking at home. It's my passion but I don't really cool outside of work anymore, I will for guests of the wife but most the time she cooks(she's a chef also).

Lol I traded my ex-wife in for a younger Belorussian model. She cooks old school. I've gotten beyond lazy in the kitchen. The grill on the other hand is daddy's world
