Hey guys and gals, I have a question. I have sweet cream and Marshmallow... Can they be used as sweetners? I don't have any of the Ethyl stuff and I've misplaced my Sucrose liquid so I'm trying to figure out how to use those as sweetners.

Marshmallow is an excellent sweetener. Sweet cream isn't bad for that at all, but if your mix isn't intended to be "creamy," it will be. Vienna cream sweetens too.

I'm interested to hear about stevia.Would liquid stevia work as long as it had no other extracts? I know it's supposed to be twice as sweet as sugar, so I imagine a little goes a long way. I have yet to find the sweet spot for using it in tea. Too little, it isn't sweet, a bit too much and it gets bitter.

No cotton candy or Vienna cream. Can Stevia be used?
Try the marshmellow before adding cream if you can. To me, it adds a creamy texture (not taste) to a mix as well as sweetening it.

It has to be my second favorite flavor to play with. (although I'm not a huge sweetener fan) I only have to use a couple of drops per 30ml mix.

Liquid Stevia Extract

Either Alcohol based, or Glycerite based.

Make a 10-50% dilution in 15-30ml bottle, use VG or PG.
Be sure to mix it well.

At times I would use liquid Stevia in around .5 to 1% of a mix. The one I use I really like was bought from Amazon for around $11.00. It is VG based and is good in coffee too.

Sorry for the late reply, didn't get a notification
To answer your question what I have is called Stevia extract liquid sweetner. It's not name brand but has the same ingredients as name brand. I got it from the grocery store.

Personally, I've never used stevia. But I've been told not to use the grocery store variety if it has anything in it other than stevia. I was gonna mix up my own with the little packets from Walmart, but was told somewhere on here that there were "additives," so it wasn't a good idea.

With Stevia being the 3rd ingredient listed I'd say that's a no then on what I have. Thanks for heads up :)
