I'm afraid I bought a clone iPV D2, please help me

When I click the button every time, it will have this screen before the LED shows up. After the noise ( like about 1 sec ), the LED comes up. But as you can see, there's black frame surrounded. My friend's LED doesn't have the black frame like mine. * I forgot to take a photo of my friend's LED *
This is how my friend's ipv d2 looks like.
This is how mine looks like. Can you tell the difference.
This is the place where we put the battery. As you can see the battery sign, the + - is outside of the battery sign.
my friend's + - is inside of the battery sign.

I'm really scared that I bought a clone version of iPV D2. I hope someone can give me an answer, thanks!!!!

Mine is plain on the outside - there's no numbering on the top.

And there's no visible screw on the outside.
