if one was to buy a Temp control Mod today ? which mod would you suggest and why. i have my choices but would like to see what the TC users them self say. Assume that coils will be pre built for the crown by uwell or some other prebuilt choice. for now reason being is simple TIME.

I have been using the ipv4, for six months now. Zero problems, it works, feels good in the hand, buttons are crisp, twin batteries, fires ni, ti, kanthal and ss. Feels and works the same as the day I got it. It shows very little ware, just a all around good mod.
That's my 2 cents.

well i use my crown on the d2 and 3li

but i would suggest
a dna 200 mod, xcube2 (full or mini),evic vtc, treebox, koopor plus Anything that lets u set the tcr for SS TC. so you can use the SS and Ni coils in TC
Also find a mod that lets you go above 50w/j in ni200 mode. the crown ni200 coils dofine at 50j/w but could actually take a little more power

I have two. IPV 3Li and IPV D2. My Li gets most of the work and the D2 serves as a back up. In Ti mode I can go up to 100J on the Li and I use mine at 85J. the D2 is nice, small but you will go through batteries a lot faster than the dual batteries. if you like big box mods I say go for IPV's, sigelei, snow wolf. if you like the smaller mods, then the D2. just carry extra batteries.

While I don't use TC myself I do understand how it works enough that I'd feel comfortable enough to recommend either An eVic VTC-mini for those looking for something less expensive or a SX-mini for those looking to spend some serious cash.

Temp control is moving fast. My guess is it will continue to do so. Honestly, Ni200 isn't the best, but all do it. Pre-built you want Ti or SS. Only a few do SS. All can do Ti. Several do SS, but that doesn't mean the coil is made for TC even if the mod can do it.

Anyway, DNA and M class are the best right now. I liked my SX Mini, but prefer the DNA. I have no doubt Yihi will catch up quickly.

Everything else, ya any of them. Lots of great choices for not a lot of money. Plenty of good quality. Just find the one with the features you want.

Evcigs has some holy shit awesome deals FYI.
Ya, I even had a coupon. I don't even want to say what I paid for my VT200. A price that I could care less it doesn't have a warranty. It's a great box

If money is not an issue:
SX Mini ML Class
SX Vaporflask
Jaybo Reuleaux
Hcigar VT200

On a budget
Sigelei 75w
IPV D2
Wismec 75w

I personally have the SX Mini, Sig 75, and VT200 and I like them all for different reasons. Friends of mine have the other mods I listed and they love them. I also own a Vaporflask DNA40 clone (my first clone) and even though it only goes to 40w I have to say so far after about 3 months with it it is a very impressive device. TC works great on it. Battery life is awesome. Its the mod I take when I need one all day and I don't want to carry a bunch of extra vape stuff. It easily goes all day. The SX and VT are very smooth and consistent, The Sig 75 is a great knock around mod. Real solid build on it.

i picked the IPV4S over the kooper plus the form factor is less of a fingerprint magnet and looks better with the crown. ATM i am rocking a SS coil in power mode waits on better juice for the NI coil.
