I recently picked this stuff up and WOW does it seem strong. I had about .5% in a mix and just about blew my tastebuds out. It seems like I'm going to have to use this stuff as a drops/10 ml type of thing. Am I really sensitive to this flavor? Strong batch? Or is it just the nature of the Polish raspberry beast???

Inawera is pretty strong like FA so a little goes a long way, I don't have there Raspberry but I assume it is the same. The Sweet Raspberry from TFA is also strong but tamed down after more than 2 weeks. I almost dumped a recipe with it right away but just decided to put it away and just tried it again and it is blended real well now.

It is crazy how some flavors can just dominate a mix with a minuscule amount. A lot of them tend to blend in better with steep time though. FA Fuji Apple is like that, in some mixes .50% and the Fuji just rises to the top of the flavor chart but settles down in time.....sometimes....lol

Completely agree on the Fuji. I love it though when it's done right. That seems to be my taste as far as Acetyl Pyrazine goes. I can taste the smallest amount of that stuff. I can smell it in flavors now as well. It's something I've always been aware of I just never knew what it was.
