screen glitched and device doest fire

so earlier this evening my tesla 200W tc decides to quit on me, well I'm assuming its done for. I don't know what happened but it worked fine throughout the day and then out of no where the screen goes all weird and my device doesn't fire. ive replaced the batts 3 times with the spares I have (yes they're all married pairs)
did my device short?

Not sure what went wacky, is it new? If so, did you contact the seller?

I hate to say it and you know Google translate isn't very accurate but that sure looks like Chipese for "Toast". Time to contact the seller to see if there's a warranty.

Well looks like in going to after to replace it. When I was trying to locate the problem, I had firmly set it down on my table in frustration and it went back to normal. And then went back to the wacky screen .-.

Not sure what went wacky, is it new? If so, did you contact the seller?

I've had it since July of this year, sadly the seller can only offer me a discount on a new device (20%)
