Hi. I was looking for some advice on mixing Nic into ready-to-vape e-Juice.

I have some 100mg Nic and wanted to get some advice on using a 1ml Syringe and an 18Gauge needle to mix my Nic into the e-liquid (30ml size).
Do I need to take into account how much Nic is actually inside the 18G needle (not the actual syringe)?

No, you don't have to worry about that. Be sure to use a juice calculator, or calculate extremely carefully, so you don't make a mistake:D

You're probably going to want bigger needles. I only use 18ga for flavorings.
If you use PG 16ga should be OK, I tolerated them with VG until I found 14ga which are heaven.
Same principle, it's the distance the plunger moves not what's in the needle (but make sure you pump the plunger to empty the needle).

Yeah, when you consider the original purpose for the syringe, you've gotta figure these doohickeys are pretty damn accurate.

Depending on the size of the seringe, you should worry more about the friction and dosage errors because of that ( plunger suddenly moving a bigger distance than intended). But on a whole: if you pull up 2 ml, then you dose 2 ml if you push the plunger. Even air bubbles in the system do not matter as long as you wait a few seconds after pushing plunger down (so air pressure in seringe gets balanced wit air pressure outside.) and you do not suck up air. Also do not push plunger down with great force as sometimes (depending on seringe) the end of the plunger is flexible enough to push out extra (only valid if you removed all air from seringe.)

Thanks Myk. Appreciate your reply. I will have to source one soon.
Cheers.

Thanks AmandaD. I use ejuice me up to calculate it...This seems to be the one which is most accurate.
