Help me out with RTA/RDA

So I'm down with DNA 200s now. I have Crown tanks and love the SS coils. The only problem is they are not really made for TC due to their nickle legs. I have the RBA, but it's pretty small and single coil. So I haven't seen a need to use it.

I'm looking at RTA/RDAs. An RDA would be nice to easy change juices, but I'm more about convenience. I'm not sure how much dripping I would do. But I am interested. But that leads me to RTAs.

I want to build dual coils with SS. Nothing fancy. Care about flavor more than clouds. But that's just because most things these days seem to produce plenty of vapor. Lung hit so air doesn't bother me. What do you guys think? Can RDAs give enough capacity to not have to constantly drip. I'm set for portability so a RTA does not have to have a huge tank.

I can wick my rda to give me a plentiful vaping session, everybody's different it's going to be very hard to determine if it's right for you without just trying it. Go for a good budget rda and try it out, if it doesn't work then call it a day and go back to the tank.

Ya, that's kinda what I thought too. I mean there are some good ones for not much money so not much risk.

So I know this will be a broad answer... But how much juice can a RDA hold? Some have deeper wells than others, but what..
Half ml? 1 ml? A dropper is like 1 ml right?

I usually have a habit of 8 drops in most of my rda's when they seem to be getting a little dry, depending on how much cotton and juice well size. Not sure how much that is though.

If your looking for a good starter the lush has been a great one for me, and the juice well is huge plus very easy to build on.

I'm good with a smaller capacity, but I am still looking at RTAs. Seems to me RTAs are simple, with least problems with juice delivery... Because it's just a wick. I'm sure tanks complicate that.

Are there any good RTAs that are problem free? Meaning not super finicky wicking and flooding gurgling spitting unless all the planets are aligned on the 5th Monday of the month?

I use the LUSH RDA and have a Velocity RDA on order. I have the RTA for the Aspire Triton on order as well. Going to try the vertical coil builds in the RTA and see how that works for me. I am happy with the .3 and .4 Ohm pre-mades, but want to see how well the RTA system works for me and if it is worth it.

The TFV4 is a pretty good tank, similar to the Crown. You can get an optional dual coil RBA for it, in order to build your own SS coils. (I own both tanks)

I use RTAs at work. I have a aromamizer ( 3mm) on my eleaf 100 ( don't judge) with a .28 dual coil. The deck is great for building ... basically a velocity deck. Flavor is good vape production average ( which is okay for work). I also have a bellus RTA on my evic VTC which I vape at 40 watts with a .47 build. It is much harder to build on but I much prefer the vape production and flavor. However, the bellus leaks more than the aromamizer.

Now I was taking an RBA on a mini TFV4 for awhile. I really liked this tank but it is a bit bulkier than the other two. It produces the most vape of them all but I find the taste muted when comparing all three. The TFV4 is a small deck single coil .6 build BTW. I vape around 40w on a Sig 75. It is my least favorite of the three.

Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks guys. I decided to give the new Crius a try. We'll see how it goes.

My Crius came today. I really like it. Haven't got it built yet, but loving the build and features.

My Aromamizer arrived today. Not decided if it performs better than the Crius, but It provides a VERY smooth vape. Also, I am very impressed with the quality of manufacturing; beautifully made.
