What box are you referring to? Raptor is a chipset made by GE. Dozens of modders (box makers), use the chip in their boxes

Works like most all the other true mechanical boxes. Switch button makes contact with the contact on the bottom of the 510 pad and completes the circuit.

I didnt realize exactly how heavy these things (authentic) were till a friend of mine got an authentic. I guess the clone I had used previously was aluminum?

Authentic's are T6 aluminum alloy too, unless your friend had the copper or brass version

I don't like magnets since they usually create a "hot button" problem. Pretty short throw, and I have no idea if it will fire in your pocket

It's pretty flush. Google raptor t6 and look at the images. You'll get a good idea
