Understanding amps

When running my RX200 I have 3 18650 3.7v 3000 mah batteries with 35amp max. Does max amps triple due to running 3 batteries in parallel? I need answers to ensure I'm properly using this device as I'm new to using a 200 watt device.

The batteries in the Reuleaux aren't parallel, they are in series.
