They are ok to use. However, they have a max continuous discharge of 20A.

Regulated or unregulated device? Those builds are safe, Use this if you are ever concerned about your battery draw.http://www.steam-engine.org/ohm.asp Also the next time your in the market for batteries you could save a bundle from liion wholesale. They are a vendor on the forum and have very reasonable prices.

They could fire the mod up to 125W. However, if you want to go higher, I recommend using the Somy VCT4.
I usually don't go over 80 unless I'm on temp control and I go to maybe 125

ohms.PNG Input your known values, what your builds resistance is and the voltage of the batteries. It will tell you the amp draw @ a given amount of wattage.

^^^this is with your .14 ohm build, notice the amp draw is only 25. The chips in those devices are meant to keep you safe. If it senses an over draw on the battery it WILL NOT fire.

18650 batteries fully charged are 4.2v the average capacity is usually calculated at 3.7v. This will not change unless you are no longer using 18650 batts.

The voltage in the calculator will change automatically depending on what watts you vape at.

Safety is the name of the game, if your not on regulated consider it like driving an automatic, you don't need to know how to shift...lol But always good to know.
