What and how are you wrapping the Fused Claptons? Are you using Swivels? If your doing it all by hand there are MUCH easier ways to get them perfect...anyone could do it. Buy some swivels from a fishing shop online, look for ones that are rated for a decent lbs rating 150lbs+. Fold a length of wire and put the loop in the swivel and the ends in the drill chuck, then after establishing your wrap wire on the chuck, hold you spool loosely and start the drill, if you hold it a a little under 90 degrees straight down from the wire it will wrap itself. Thats how most people pull off the perfect Fused Clapton builds...like me

They look pretty good to me! It looks like your wick is much better also, Im glad. I told you when you have it setup right its a pretty easy task. Get comfortable with it and try some different gauges of wire...My favorite Fused Clapton is a 2x22g core, wrapped in 46g:

It is when the Orings are dry, lube them up with some juice and it should be easier. It shouldnt be too easy, use the Delrin tip and drip through that or pull the tip off with your mouth to drip in it (Thats what I do), makes it much easier and without juice everywhere.

Glass looks nice until you use it, Delrin tips are nice...No heat and many colors/sizes..I like the WideBore Delrin that goes with the TM RDA, I havent found anything as wide that fits as nice. IF your cap is too tight break/cut the top oring on the base...that should help alot
