Super Newb -1.2 ohm coil, mech and battery configuration?

So im brand new to vaping, way way brand new, and i have a Sub ohm Uwell crown tank with a .5 ohm coil however i want to swap it out for a 1.2 coil as this is as high as the pre made coils are made and sold since i bought sub ohm tank.... i also have two brand new Efest 64amp Max 3500mah purple 26650 Batterys, would these be a safe combi with my tank?
Everything was kind of a rushed purchase and i wasnt aware of vaping being a serious technical know how and now that i just did some research i'm wondering whether its safe or not haha...
could anyone possibly shed some light?
Thanks very much - Newb

Hello and welcome to the Underground! The first question I have to ask is what kind of device are you putting these batteries in and the crown on top of?

I can tell you so far that you did well on the tank purchase, not so much with the batteries.

This all happens to be going on top of a UD Youde UDT-V22 26650 Kraken Mechanical Mod
I realize now with all this new knowledge that im kind of pushing it since its an unregulated device and im using a sub ohm tank  but im just checking whether my mistake is still salvageablw or i should just buy a regulated device? currently thinking about the snow wolf royal edition

Okay, because that mod has a firing pin and isn't a hybrid style (hole in the top where your tank connects directly to the battery) it should be safe to use with a tank. I don't know what those Efest batteries are rated for, but it's definitely not 64A - Efest is a rewrapper known for habitually taking some real manufacturer's castoff batteries and putting a wrapper on with wildly exaggerated specs.

That said, you should be safe with the 0.5 and 1.2 ohm coils - I wouldn't go much below that. Unfortunately I don't have any good battery recommendations, Sony made a nice 26650 but they all got snapped up and are no longer in production, from what I understand. The market for vapes trends largely toward the 18650 form factor...I'm gonna move this over to the Battery sub, hopefully someone with better information than I have will see it there and have some recommendations.

IF IT HAS TO BE ONE OF THOSE TWO GO WITH THE SIGELEI 75, EVERY ISTICK I'VE OWNED HAS BEEN CRAP AND BROKE IN A FEW MONTHS. BUT YOU SHOULD GO FOR A 100W OR HIGHER MOD WITH THE CROWN WITH DUAL BATTERIES MY SINGLE-BATTERY IPV D2 TENDS TO BURN THROUGH BATTERIES TOO FAST TRYING TO KEEP UP WITH THE CROWN. STILL A GREAT VAPE THOUGH.

Save yourself the headache and get a 2 batt mod for that tank. While it will work I can see another thread about how your having issues with your crown eating juice and batteries. The sig 75 is great but battery life is horrible and with that tank you will end up hating both.
