so since I started diy I've ran into the problem that I am missing 1 flavor or maybe 2 but the point is I don't want to buy 2 flavor concentrates for 8 bucks then pay 12 for shipping so what do you guys do? just wait and buy a bunch of flavors or do you have a place that has free shipping? any advice would be appreciated, thanks guys and vape on. :)

I usually wait, until I have several flavors, that I need/like to order.
In case, you're not aware, the following two suppliers are used by most of us:
http://www.bullcityvapor.com - in NC (BCV)
http://www.ecigexpress.com - in WA (ECX)
Coupon Codes:
BCV - permanent 6% - VU6
ECX - permanent 10% - UNDERGROUND10

Be careful though. Some flavors get muted over time. Therefore, you want to make small batches of those, that you can use up in a week. Tobacco and custard flavors are exempt, they actually get better over time (2+ weeks). However, you can speed up the steeping by utilizing a crockpot, or an ultrasonic cleaner (w/ heater).

I've read this before I have 750ml of a unicorn milk on steep witch as you know is a custard base and the rest are pretty simple cheesecakes and a few sugar cookies but I mainly vape them while waiting for my unicorn milk to steep. they are also kept in a cool dark place.

I make a wish list that I usually keep adding to, until I get around 10 flavors I want.

I think we all can say we are missing one or two flavors at all times...even the veteran mixers are still waiting to buy that one additional flavor. Just like everyone said we wait until we have enough flavors to buy to get the free shipping, that helps to reduce your overall diy cost...I also buy those other supply's as I go (vg/pg/nic and all the other side items).

BCV has a great wish list which I use. I use it to save flavors I want but also flavors I really like so I can browse it and check to see which I need to replenish. ECX has a wish list to but sometimes it is not as easy to work with.

I substitute flavors all the time in recipes I want to make if I don't have the exact ingredients. Sometimes it works out great and sometimes not, at least I know if I am on the right track if the majority of the ingredients used were in the original recipe.
