Coil build input

So I just started getting into dripping and building coils. I have been playing around but haven't really found a good combo yet.
I'm running a VTC mini and ideally would like to keep it no more than 50-55w max to save battery life.

What would be some good flavor builds (with decent clouds) for:

1. Mutation x v4
2. Hannya

Simple is better right now. I'm working on learning twisted and parallel coils.

Try using 26 or 28g. 50watts will be enough to power either of those if they are twisted or paralell

I really like this dual parallel 26g build..at 55-60w it has outstanding flavor and blows thick clouds..

I tried a single 26g parallel in mymutation v4 and had to close off all the top air at 55-60 to get just decent flavor. Nothing spectacular

Well remember a dual coil build will be half the resistance of a single coil given same wire, ID and number of wraps.. In my dual build above resistance is .3 ohms.. One single coil would be .6 ohms...dual coils at .3 ohms vapes alot better for me than the single at .6, given the same .55-60w...might give a dual build a try and see what ya think..

The mutation wasnt designed for flavor. It was designed for clouds.

That makes sense. I was under the impression it was good for flavor as well. I had read somewhere before I bought it that it was recommended. I've got a sapor I'm thinking about selling. I don't care for it too much.
