LETS TALK ABOUT THE FUCHAI 200 by Sigelei...
I don't know about you, BUT IM SICK AND TIRED of TALKING ABOUT THE RX200...
got this baby yesterday in the mail
40 bucks shipped...
Baby blue, here's what I think
PROS
Shape is weird/comfortable to hold
Big ass screen/fonts
No DELAY
Quality is top notch
SIGELEI......
CONS
NO SS OPTION
NO FIRMWARE UPGRADE
PERIOd!!!
If you power mode all the time
THIS MOD is FOR YOU
I really believe Sigelei made a BOOBOO releasing this product without the SS Option Or maybe they did it in purpose, who knows....
Over all I like, you can't go wrong with a Sigelei product, the screen on this baby is beautiful, I just wish my RX 200 has this screen..... Oh well

I like my Fuchai! I also bought the community maligned blue one. For some reason a guy at a local shop was telling me to be careful with it that he had heard some issues. But my response was something akin to "any idiot can blow his or her mod up". But anyone heard of serious malfunction with these?

Been using mine for a month so far with no issues, or that I have heard of.

I'm sure you CAN
BUT IT DOESN'T Have all the option of temp control... You know what I mean

VAPE ON

You can always use it in Ti mode. It's probably not the most accurate but it seems to be pretty consistent on my IPV D2.

What?? I'm confuse

VAPE ON

If your mod does not have SS temp control you can set your mod to titanium mode, lower the temp to around 215-220 and use a SS coil in temp mode. Like I said, I'm not sure how accurate it is but I've been getting a pretty consistent vape using that method.

I'm guessing they left some features off to differentiate it from the other Sig 200 that's coming out with the fancy side screen, which has all the bells and whistles...

The fuchai is anemic!!
For advance VAPER but for a newbie,it's perfect....
I think the Sigelei 150 with big screen answers all the missing links

I disagree. For the price the Fuchai does everything but SS. Yes a newb would think it was the tits and it may not win mod of the year but it's quite serviceable and has plenty of power. Again it has a very nice price, performs quite well in power mode and has some TC features.

I am one of the few that had an issue with mine from day one. The fire button would not do anything 5% of the time or so. I used it for a week and sent it back to nw for replacement. New one due on Fri and I can't wait. TFV4 with quad coil at 80 to 95 watts tons of clouds and vapor. I did my research and am confident it was just a bad part. Wake andVape have them for $44.99, I want another one and they are the cheapest that I have found. Where did the op get one for 40 shipped? Used? We need details for a claim like this, I will buy it today.

I got the blue on VJ deals and steals too, simply because it's a Sigelei and their products have been very good for me, built better than any other mod I've owned. I have an old basic 150 in silver, not pretty, but always reliable. I also have a red 150 TC and have found the battery door on it and the Fuchai are a bit loose, but not a game changer. The Fuchai does have a slight firing delay (at least mine does), but not enough of a lag to complain. I'm running a Tobeco Super Tank RDA on it now with dual twisted at .4 ohm, 84w, and it's smooooth! Awesome mod for the money, good buy... ;)

I bought mine because it was simple to use and as a backup for my Snow Wolf. I've found myself rotating both and really don't have a favorite. Use it with RDA's and tanks.

I bought a Fuchai first and loved it. But then really fell for the RX200. So I bought one of those as well. And yes I rotate around and also throw in a Koopor Mini (which is kind of a PITA).

For those that have the blue how is it wearing? My vape shop said several have come in and after a little use the blue and red just look filthy. I originally wanted the lightblue, but changed to black after hearing this. I even bought the second one in black as well and was wondering how your blue ones were doing? Has anyone seen the grey color in person? I think it was ecig that had a blue and light blue and wondered which colors were real?

The blue is okay so far, but I haven't had it very long. My red one shows everything, especially the edges, but it's pretty easy to clean with a damp rag. The surfaces of these, the Fuchai and the 150 TC, are pretty but not practical, especially for those who work with their hands. If you were a mechanic or a plumber or anything else that required hard work with your hands, these mods would be filthy in five minutes.

Blue still looks blue on mine. Except for the very top around the connection. I had a dripper leak. You want to stay away from that. Lol

The sleeves are okay to keep them cleaner, but to me it's like putting those plastic covers on your furniture. I got a colored mod to enjoy the color, I wanna see it. My old Sig 150 has a black sleeve, but I never use it. Makes the fire button stick every time.

NCHornet

Member For 4 Years
I have never seen a single person ever have that sleeve on their mod, any mod, lol!!! Instead they could have gave us a nice kydex clip for those of us who do work with our hands and pockets aare full. I told myself that if ecig didn't get the black in by the time my original left NW after repair, I would just order the blue to get the 40 deal. Wouldn't you know it all happened on the same day so I just got another black. My plan was if the blue gets nasty I would just get some Rit dye and blacken it totally.

Guess I'll post here then lol. Anyone use temp control with titanium? Does it hit better with a higher or lower resistance coil? Dual or single? Looking for a more warmer and flavorful vape and I gotta figure this temp control stuff out before I completely give up.

Which tank? Premade or a build? Ever try Ni200 premade coils? TI just seems not to have that wet, saturated, flavorful vape that nickel gives you (IMHO).

I apologize, I am using it in an rda (derringer) 26g ti at the moment. Got 24 and 22 on the way. So I'm building these coils. I have a nickel allergy so I can't use it unfortunately. I just dont know if it's suppose to be like this or not. It just doesn't seem anywhere near as satisfying in flavor, or vapor as kanthal is to me.

I have done Ti builds in a Velocity rda and my results are probably similar to yours. I also used 26g Ti wire. What I got was TONS of vapor but very little flavor. I really want to use SOMETHING for rebuild-able TC builds just like yourself but the results that I see are very much in the "meh" class. I also tried some Sense ni200 coils in the Herakles in TC mode and honestly was equally underwhelmed. One thing about Ti builds that I'm really concerned with is the possible creation of tiO2. I know it sounds crazy to most folks since this occurs in the heat range above 1200 degrees but if you want to see this yourself do a Ti build and turn your device down to maybe 8w in power mode and then (holding it away from your face please) pulse the build and see how fast you create tiO2 (white ashy residue on your build). By the same token if you keep your wick wet all will be fine. But I'm looking at it now like "Well there's an inherent risk with Ti, it really doesn't taste that much better....why bother?" I will say that one positive is that once you start playing around with different wire type you will see (if like me anyway) that there is a distinct metallic taste when you use Kanthal...which I think is a reason why folks started experimenting in the first place.

I've read all about the safety and dangers of titanium wire. And as so I did experiment with 8 watts and pulsing, I noticed if you have the slightest bit of glow it will turn ashy in an instant. Really got to be careful with this stuff.

And yeah, as I'm seeing, kanthal seems to be better for me. I really don't get a metallic taste with it, imo, titanium tasted far worse. Im assuming the fuchai just isn't the mod for temp control if you really want to experience it. Because no matter what I try, it's just a disappointment. Meanwhile everyone else is going crazy over there tc builds using mods that allow joules, so I just don't get it. I might pick up a 150tc just to have since I do still want that mod either way, maybe I'll try it out on there one of these days. Until then I'll be keeping my eye out for more input with the fuchai.

It isn't just the Fuchai. All of my TC capable mods have been tried. I'm not calling it quits by any means. I'm the first one willing to admit that I don't know what the hell I'm doing and am still learning. But for now I got impatient and went back to power/wattage/kanthal. When I see people say that they are vaping Ti above 500 in order to get vapor warmth and flavor it makes me personally a little nervous about it.

I can agree with that. I as well obviously don't know what I'm doing to the fullest. But when I try ti with either a dual .20 or a single .42 or whatever it just doesn't kick unless it's on 572f, and it still doesn't have heat or flavor. On top of that, some, not all at least that i am aware, of my builds leads glowed using any temp over 350f. I'm hoping someone like suckmymod or twisted420 will eventually make a video about all of this and give full detail.

Yeah that's a problem alright. It certainly seems as though TC vaping in general is being fully embraced by the community of vapers at large and that we all are learning from each other. If there is a comprehensive "guide" out there? I haven't found it yet. There are bits and pieces here and there but I haven't found anyone that has/had enough time needed to make a comprehensive guide. For instance, I would like to try my hand at SS. Don't know a damn thing about it. Since I know it's probably the hottest of any choice I would guess you want spaced coils? I dunno....#shrug#

I have had a Fuchai 200w TC mod over a year and the TC function just got squirrelly. It only pulls for a second or two then quits. Batteries are new and fully charged and I cleaned all the contacts. It works fine in wattage mode but I like TC because I can get 6 months out of my Ti RBA build.

Any ideas on what is wrong? My assumption is the TC chip is going bad.
