Liquid changes colour instantly

Hey folks,

My first post on the forum.

I need some help/advice please.

Just made a few bottles on liquid with a new batch of VG I got yesterday and all my mixes are coming out this red/orange colour immediately. I am used to seeing this with certain concentrates after a few days/weeks but never this before. I know the culprit is the VG as I used trial and error with some left over VG I had pre-new batch and the colour came out normal (translucent).

Has anyone experienced this before and is it something I should worry about?

These are recipes you've made before and they've turned out clear? I wouldn't vape them and would be on the phone with my VG supplier...

@OBDave yes I have made these before and never turned out this colour.

I've dropped him a mail to find out more. Will be super sad if this batch is spoilt :(

Something could be out of wack for sure. Could be lots of things. But I agree, if nothing in your process has changed I would call the vendor...it may not be the vendors fault but something may have happened between you recieving and them processing your order.

If nothing else you might try just vaping a small amount of the VG plain and see if it has an off taste. I get my VG @ rts, it is made from coconut it's the best I've found and is reasonably priced. I'd contact the vendor. Hope you only ordered a small bottle. Hope this helps you.

Are you mixing in nicotine or just VG ? Oxidized nic will darken the final mix immediately.
