If you require PayPal on your online business. You just lost any business I may have thrown your way.

I've used PayPal in the past with zero issues. And then, there came an asshole who mislead EVERY customer with product availability.

I ordered a product, tracked it, then lost it. It happened like this.

I ordered, UPS label printed, awaiting pick up. That's the last I saw for 2 weeks. I started digging for additional info in the company tracking link. It showed the item had been delivered. Uh No!

It turns out, they were out the product, would not be ordering any more of the product. They never contacted me, never offered a refund until I called.

After a heated exchange, they reimbursed my money. Except the shipping fees. WTF?

NOW we get to PAYPAL. Have you actually read the dispute resolution? It could take MONTHS to retrieve $5, that's what the bogus ass customer kept.

No more PAYPAL for me. I'd rather use my actual CC. Because they'll cut someone's nuts off within minutes. Then it's on them, and not me to spend hours/days trying to recover $5.

It's actually quite amazing how much credit card companies do not mess around. Amex has treated me very well for a very long time.

As for Paypal, I had an opportunity to sign up yet again a couple weeks ago, but the TOS sketched me out. It's not that I'm easily sketched... the TOS was simply that disturbing.

Whose the vendor?

VAPE ON

This wasn't a vape vendor. But it easily could have been.

It was ebags. I ordered a new set of luggage, and if I had done proper research. I wouldn't be here complaining now. They have a lengthy negative review listing.

I only used them, because of a custom order I once had. The account remained dormant for over a year. But with the rash of holiday CC theft, I decided to add a layer of protection to this one order. I didn't realize it done more to protect vendor disputes, than it did actual customers.

I've never given them access to my personal banking accounts. Although they hammer the hell out of my email for that info.
