Just got my Grey Cuboid, like others mine has scratches on the screen, I know it has a screen protector film on it. My question is, how do you get the film off?

Yeah

VAPE ON
Got no way now to post a pic now, I read other posts of people complaining about scratches on the screen of new Cuboids, and some guy responded back it came with a screen protector and remove it, he did not say how he did it, I have tried a fingernail on the corner, no good, you can see it and feel it, I hate to use a pen knife, afraid of damage, there has to be a easy way I just don't know it.
Other than that, it's a good mod, very well built, heavy, looks like it eats batteries, running a Crown, .15ni at 500, 50w.
There will be others with the same problem, someone will have a good answer how to get the screen saver of, it is on tight.

Or just leave it on so it protects the screen from being scratched?

Thanks to @Shark Vape, I found that there's actually a screen protector and I'm guessing there's one for the button too! Here it is removed:

Oh... and here's what I used to remove it. I reckon thos small swiss army knives can take 'em out too.

Use a small blade so you can maneuver if precisely. I tried using a leatherman knife and I nearly scratched the screen with it.

That screen protector doesn't have to be removed, but who wouldn't? Don't use a knife. Even if you're steady, you shouldn't... your fingernail will work and if that's too difficult, try a toothpick. jmo, fwiw...

Mine sounds like this...
My first sample of the Cuboid was like that, fire button kept on rattling and the battery compartment was hard to close as the lock wouldnt slide into place automatically. I went back to the shop and exchanged it for a different sample.

The rattling didn't bother me much but the over-torqued torx screw (the teeth were missing) on the top plate, battery door and blemishes on the screen (didn't know about the screen protector then) did.

My sample now has a better battery door, no over-torqued screw on the top plate and the fire button doesn't rattle. However, the 510 connector isn't as smooth as the previous one I had.

I guess mods are much like any other product that are mass-produced. Some are built better than others and it's like playing the lottery when it comes to getting a good, flawless sample.

Thanks @janna303 the pen knife worked great, I don't think there is any screen protector on the adjust button.
I think I read somewhere on Joytechs site that some Cuboids where manufactured with fire buttons that rattle.

There's also one on the adjust buttons. Removed that one as well, now it's all shiny! I suggest wiping the screen with either a microfibre or a damp cloth. The screen can get hairline scratches quite easily.

Did you use a pen knife on the button also.

Yep! That's my post you quoted up there hehe! Just make sure you get it at the corners/edges, mine lifted right off.
I got it off, well that was a pain, like to see Joytech to use one peel off on the entire front of the mod in the future, almost impossible not to get a small scratch removing a over engineered screen protector, other than that, I will diffidently be ordering another Cuboid for a backup, it is very well made, I am coming off a ipv4, going from joules to watts is a learning curve, I mostly use temp control.

Just got my Cuboid today and had the damn scratches. took some brasso on a cotton ball and got alot of it out lol. I.m leaving the protector in place until it eventually starts to peel. VERY happy with this mod so far. More pocket friendly than my RX200 (which hasn't left the house yet) for sure.
