i have a leg burn out on me last night (Framed Staple). now that is a taste that i never want to taste again!!

what are possible causes for this to happen, and solutions.

did you make sure your legs were screwed down tight....

yep. i always check and double check screws before hitting go.
after further investigation, i think i might know what the problem was. there are arcing marks around the base of my RDA slide top (Velocity). would this short be the cause?

is this the point of building that tilting the coils starts to come into play?

with this much wire in such a small space; check, check, check.

yeah if your coil was touch the deck it'd short.
