So I've recently acquired a lot of flavor concentrates, how should I store them?

I've heard that creams and custard type juices can go "sour" just wonder where everyone stores their concentrates and how to extend shelf life and how long do they usually last?

I store mine in a couple cardboard boxes. I've had some for a couple years and they still taste good to me.

I store them in a sealed container in a dark cool place out of sunlight.
This is pretty much what I do. I've had some of my flavors going on 2 years, I can only think of maybe 2 that have gone bad.

Can you recall what style flavors they was? I just don't wanna stock up on flavors that will go bad.

Not specific types, really. One was FA Torrone and one was FA Catalan Cream. (I think) So many variables, they could've just been older stock from the vendors, too.

I've got a mini fridge in the basement that I store some of mine in. You don't need to do this, but it prolongs the shelf life.
