Just checking in. I'm 5' 10 1/2", and I hover around 200 lbs. I can still look down and see the important parts of me (yes, that includes my feet).

I was a very physically-active guy through my mid-40s. However, wear and tear caught up with me. Being a Type-1 diabetic had a lot to with the damage done to my body; after divorce and no medical insurance, it seemed like it was a conspiracy - my credit rating was low (it's now improving, as I receive a check every month - and, have paid off debts that were hurting my 'rating') - my health problems were obvious, and I tried to keep going as musician, and as a substitute teacher. The economy at the time killed that.

My best advice is: keep drinking plenty of healthy fluids; stop doing anything that will alter your mind; and, most of all - avoid any surgeries in the neuro realm.

If you suffered any trauma like I did as a child, and in the teenage years - get help psychologically, and therapeutically. I waited too long, and I nearly ceased to exist because of that. Also, be prepared for the loss of loved ones - as a first-born Italian son out of my generation, I was forced into the role of handling and caregiving for ailing loved ones, and being the 'go-to' guy upon their deaths. Dying is a part of living, but not being given a chance to grieve affected me very badly.

Love everyone close to you assiduously, to avoid future feelings of guilt.

Most of all, learn to forgive yourself for your life mistakes. Avoid becoming a cynic. Like myself, as I await three surgeries within the next few months, and more anatomic exploration by more doctors, make sure to vape what you like - as I am right now, with quad fused Claptons in my SMOK TFV4 tank. For a tank, the taste is unbelievable. If you haven't begun DIY-ing your own e-liquids, and still buy from online retailers - make Breazy.com your new e-liquid, hardware and accessory home.

These guys, even when they make mistakes - they go out of their way to make you a part of their family. Customer care from them is unparalleled in the industry. I highly recommend them, as they carry 150 + e-liquids, current hardware, tanks and accessories; and, their membership plans give you a huge break for your pocketbook. PM @Breazy_Com - he'll 'show you the way, to vape today.'

oh I know and tomorrow the cold is back. might have to take off after church and just drive.
so what do you have planned for manana Mrs. Huck?
I have no idea. Possibly depends on a critter. Last spring, a raccoon and her 2 babies took up residence in my attic. They were trapped and moved to a forest across town, seriously, not the park or farm out in the country our parents used to tell us our pets went to when they got old. Real park, took her myself. Anyway... kind of a similar situation now, but having a hard time catching this one. And it's not happy. It left a hole in the ceiling upstairs, damaged part of my roof and broke the vent to the attic, where it's getting in. So... if it's nice tomorrow, I'll be dealing with that. If it's crappy weather again, I might live in my jammies tomorrow.

If you get to go driving tomorrow, I hope the weather is kind to you. :)

Something I bought made it all the way from China, & Mr. Mailman is too lazy to deliver it. Never bothered to tell him I have cameras everywhere. Guess he will know soon enough. ROTFL

What part does moms live in?
She lives in Phoenix, have an uncle in Medford and another in St Helens. Such beautiful country out there. We always go and spend a night or two at the coast,,, SO different from the east coast. Hubs never traveled much in his former life so we've enjoyed taking him to Crater Lake and the Redwoods and well, just all over! It's amazingly different from where we live. Where are you Mr Nasty?

Good morning everyone! How's the jet lag @Whiskey? Always takes me a couple days to straighten out after I've been west.

Found myself a new table for my "lab"... Cleaned, organized, got it all set up yesterday. A friend that I recently converted came over and we did some experimenting. This girl has the most amazing nose!!! She'll buy a bottle of juice from the local shop, bring it to me, sit and sniff all my flavors until she finds what she thinks is in there and damn if she isn't right 99% of the time! Good example... A berry mix she bought. After sniffing through bottles she says it's these two... Two flavors that were in my "get rid of it I'll never use it" box. Played around with percentages a bit and holy shit!! That is dead nuts ON! She put my mix in one tank and the "real" stuff in another. Had her husband take them to work and he had his work buds (there are 6 of them that vape) try them both without telling them which was which and every one of them liked mine better! My God I love when that happens! Her sniffer is invaluable to me cuz I surely would not have put those two things together,, and that's all it was,, two simple ingredients. Too much fun. And the girl is making me a little money on the side!

Grocery day,,, crap I hate that job. It's cold, I don't wanna go out. But I guess if we're gonna eat I better get going. I'm hoping to have some time to mess around with that steamboat today. It's been sitting here for almost a week and I have all the stuff... OH except batteries for my ohm mete, better pick up some batteries.

Have a fabulous day everyone!!!

The trouble for me is finding clothes that fit me just right.. I have broad shoulders or something and I weigh like 4 pounds so unless I'm careful, I look like I'm wearing my dad's clothes.

I have super wide shoulders and am a big buy, played football and hockey all my life so I have a bigger build. They always fit me perfectly

Feel the burn!!!!

Hard works gotten me to what I'm at now, countless days of wanting to give up because I've pushed myself so hard it hurts just walking.

Also work out before work in the am, better results!

I always work out a few hours before bed and have protein then. That's when the body does most of it's recovery is during sleep.

You'll need something with nice sized post holes.. Not sure that has them. A regular single core clapton might fit.
