Lookin' good! You could probably run two if you increase the number of wraps.

Awesome looking build. How's the flavor on that coil. I haven't built anything tougher than a Clapton quite yet

thnx.

the step from Claptons to Aliens is a step for sure, but totally doable. working with O/S wire to get the feel of it is a great place to start. sure you might be making a coil that won't fire and that's ok. at this stage of the game, you gotta be ready to waste some wire figuring a new skill out. skills learned on the large scale, transfer to a smaller scale quite quickly.

speaking of skills..... as well as tackling the Alien today, i nailed an other skill. wrapping a Clapton without the aid of having the loose end locked in with a swivel, and working with my feeding hand away from the spinning wire. i can get all up and personal with it now ;)

In the near future I'm going to do a build on a mutation X RDA with only cloud chasing in mind which will be run on a single 18650 mech mod. What coil/resistance would you recommend?

i would have no idea (seriously). i just build the shit, lol. what i have done though, is kept track of the patterns and performance of every coil that i've made.
i running a reg mod and haven't dipped my toes in the mech arena yet. hopefully other peeps here will chime in a help you with your question.

they were ok tasting at the end of the day. smaller wrap wire should help with improving the taste (i hope, lol)

I just put a Clapton I made before back onto a deck to increase density. I've been practicing my Os a lot today.

I'm thinking smaller wrap wire won't affect flavor in a good way, but it's hard to predict what those little changes will do to flavor and throat hit, etc
