Ideas for FA Condensed Milk?

I was thinking of trying a rice pudding or a flan flavor using the new fa condensed milk. If anyone has experimented with it yet, I'd be interested to know what percentages you've had success (or not!) with.

If memory serves, @RyGon used it recently, so maybe he'll pop in and share his thoughts. My brain can't recall what he was mixing :(

I've got some condensed milk flavoring and clueless as what to do with it. Did you ever figure out any recipe using it.

Asian sweet iced tea made with condensed milk, the "bubbles" are marble sized balls of flavored tapioca. It's freaking addicting, you drink it out of a big, big straw, big enough to slurp one the the Bubbles up into your mouth. Tasty and filling at the same time.

What comes to my mind, is some FA tea flavor (black or green) with the added condensed milk. From there, adding some spices, like clove, and/or cinnamon. Maybe even a touch Anis.

Mix it with Tiramisu and Mangos
I may have mango, I've never even hear of tiramisu, but I added it to the order list. The flavor profile looks interesting. @Zamazam the asian sweet tea looks good. I lived in Atsugi, Misawa, and Okinawa back in the 80s. Is it new. Where do you find it? It looks good and I love trying new stuff like that.

Regarding the Tiramisu, Bucky, check HIC's notes on FA. He just put up a new version for free download.

You know, condensed milk might be really good with tiramisu, come to think of it. Sort of on the cafe con leche idea from Mr. Spock. The thing about Tiramisu to me is, although one of the greatest, most complex and fully vapeable on its own flavors ever, it is very un-sweet. Not bitter, not a bit. It just has a way of sucking all the sweetness out of a mix, I find. Sometimes I'm totally in the mood for this and it's fine, but if I could find a way to sweeten it, that would be cool. Theoretically, condensed milk is an excellent candidate for that.

FA Jamaican Rum is one great way to sweeten Tiramisu.

FA Condensed Milk is in my 'hopeless flavors' bin. I get a little queasy just thinking about it. LOL

add cardamom and a bit of black pepper and you have traditional chai.

At least I only got a 3ml. And there's always the chance I'll like it... tho come to think of it, I don't recall seeing it in any recipes, anywhere.

Maybe I'll try the rum --that's a good thought. I bet it won't neutralize tiramisu's nice sharpness, either, the way sweet creamy-types seem to do.

Flavor is SUPER strong. Even 1 drop per 10ml was overpowering. The flavor itself wasn't bad... just too strong. I think it's one of those that has to be diluted to a 10% PG dilution (same as FA honey and others). I just haven't gotten around to it yet.
I bought it mainly to make a Bubble tea (Jazzy boba type) mixture, ironically. Problem is I haven't found a tea flavor I like yet. (didn't care for FA Black tea)

Boba tea vape sounds great... puts me in mind too of those thai iced teas heavy on coconut, sometimes tamarind/cardamom. Is there a tamarind flavor?? Now that I know how strong it is (thanks!) maybe I'll give it a try with some coffee or tiramisu. I wonder how it would do joined with an already milky flavor like fw tres leches, too.

Does it actually taste like condensed milk by itself?

Hmmm...been working on a cinnamon toast crunch cereal, beta testers have told me they want milk, was thinking of giving FA condensed a try. Will add a couple drops to my sample bottle, but will keep it super-light...don't know why I want to get away from my FA Cream Fresh/TFA Malted Milk/CAP Sweet Cream cereal milk base I use in another recipe, may try that in one batch and Condensed in another and report back in a week or so...

I've never tried the Condensed Milk either, maybe have to get some now:D.
Edit: Got some finally and really like it so far...
I keep experimenting with stuff too, always trying to make them a little better.
So many possibilities for Milk like: FW Milk, Tres Leches, TFA Dairy Milk, Hangsen Cream, & others.

I mixed up the following yesterday

80/20 w/3mL Nic

all FA

1% Raspberry
1% Cond. Milk
1% Vienna Cream
3% Banana

I tasted a drop today and while its not bad I think maybe .5% Cond. Milk might be better....it will be vaped later today and I will post the results.....

I'm up to 0.3% on my latest recipe, and the Condensed Milk still isn't stepping up to ruin the recipe as I'd feared. But it's not adding a lot for me either. Will try 0.5% with the next batch...

Had it vaped today and it is nasty....I dont think .5 would be any good....I dont think the flavor is worth messing with....doesnt add anything worth the trouble....

Well after looking up a few recipes (food) I dont think the FA Cond. Milk is going to work.....while condensed milk works in some food recipes there is a change after it is cooked/heated (physics) removing the sour milk/baby puke flavor.....when vaped that flavor just doesnt go away.....FA may have to work on this one a bit before its use able.......I might just toss this out so I dont waste time with it....

awwww :( Thanks for testing it, anyway. You're not the only one who's come to the conclusion that it belongs in the trash. A few people really like it, but... well, I'll have to test it myself and see which group I'm in!
