Thanks for that picture, @Simply Red! That's the first real-life, large picture I've seen of that mod. Now I can see it is neither gloss (shiny) or matte, but more of a satin finish, looks like?

Yeah, pretty much a satin finish leaning towards glossy but, not too far. Not a bad feel in the hand either. I never wish for Monday to roll around but this time I am. Replacement should be here tomorrow.

Gotta say I am loving it! A little wonky in the changing of watts, when you try to go up first it sends you through the memory slots, so I have to press - first then go up.... not sure if there is a way to change that, user manual not at all helpful.... If anyone knows how to get around this please let me know!

Other than that, she is a beaut! Works great all around. I vape quite a lot and am getting a full day out of my he4's and vtc 4's, whereas my buddy who has a black one is getting close to two days...granted he vapes far less.

No problems reading any of my atty's. Haven't played with temp control yet, looking forward to that. Really can't wait to get the sx pure atty as well!

Gonna break the cleito out of its box tonight and see how that does...

Get to the memory slot you want (up button) hold the down button for a sec and it should switch from "M#" to "ADJ". Then you can set the watts you want. Once there, hit the fire button and that memory slot is set.

The memory slots are a nice feature. I have my 5 set to the wattage settings I generally use for different tanks so just scrolling through them while hitting the up button makes for quick wattage changes.

I have a mini as well but run a Clapton coil on there which is more juice friendly. For me the Herakles Plus is a beast in SS TC mode but in wattage mode I might pick the TFV4 over it.

I DIY my own juice just like @Simply Red so don't worry much about juice consumption. I have a Smok TF-T8 Octuple Fused Clapton coil on the way, want to see how fast I can consume 4 mils of juice in the TFV4, hoping to beat my personal best

That's a tough one. The SxM ramps up the quickest because of the "powerful+" setting, does well and is more compact than the 5. The 5 feels "tough" enough, takes just a hair longer to ramp up but, it's big. Not too bad in the hand as I have "larger" hands so, it's not uncomfortable for me. I've made coils that would have been nice to get above 75W without that gawd-awful "battle ax" contraption, so the IPV 5 fits the bill. Gotta do some playing around with it some more. I'm thinking of making a Ni200 Clapton and see how that goes. I've made them for friends but, want to try it myself.
