Next, clean dog kennels and area, SugarBear is shedding because her coat thinks it's spring out there

Good morning everyone!! Spring has sprung!! It was 52 at 11pm when I left work last night,,, almost all of the snow is gone, it feels like April around here! Last year it was 30below at this time. But there's no global warming,, that's just a myth
So here's my rant for the day. On Jan 26 I ordered (now what the hell did I order??) oh yeah, a lovely green Ijoy Asolo and a battery from VaporBeast. Shipping label created, item picked up. That's where it ends. It has never appeared at any PO anywhere since. I emailed them, they said well, it left our warehouse,, did you contact the postal service? Please give it til Feb 10th. Uhhhh. Ok. What exactly is the PO going to tell me??? The same thing I can plainly see on tracking... It was picked up and never showed up anywhere after that. They also said it might be held up because I ordered a battery,,,, uhhhh, I've ordered batteries plenty of times and that has NEVER held up any package, ever. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I've been stewing about this whole "wait til Feb 10th" thing. Why???? Because it's going to magically appear at some PO somewhere after 15 days??? Unlikely. I've been doing this for over four years, I've placed literally hundreds upon hundreds of orders and this has never happened. EVER. I really don't like to get pissy but this is ridiculous. So I emailed them again this morning,,, I want my stuff shipped today or I want a refund,, today. So I can get what I want from somewhere else. And I didn't say it but btw,, I will never order from you again! There are just too many good places to order from,, one bad experience is all it takes.
