Hi all! Been diying for quite some time now. When i started off i use to bath my mixes in warm water then in the cuboard they go till there finished i stopped doing that as it turned to winter as i was worried of about heating them. Since doing this iv noticed my custards are taking there time to steep so the pst week iv been steeping my juices in the airing cuboard.
So my question is this. Do any off you steep in the airing cuboard? Iv been doing it a week and they feel nice and warm and the vg has thinned out nicely but im worried that steeping in a warm area for so long may ruin them? What are your thoughts? Should i leave in there just a few days then in a cool area or will steeping the hole duration in the airing cuboard be ok?? Tia!
