Tart lime for key lime?

I've had Great key Lime pie e-juice before, now im trying to get my hands in it.

Now I've seen some recipes with TFA key lime all the way up to 10% and i tried that. for me it washed out the whole recipe, tasted like green otter pops. i love those.. just not here. brought that down 4.5 still a no go. I just whipped up something with TFA at 3% and .5 of FA LTCP. i have yet to try it yet. But i do want that sour bite to it. should i throw in some lime or lemon juice, correct me if I'm wrong - 1 drop per 5 ML for that Malic acid.

Has anyone had any luck in this flavor, might give me a nudge in the right direction?

I think this is where i pulled my last precents from, but didn't make the whole thing. i am lacking the FA Custard, i have caps 1&2 but i feel as if they would be too buttery. also TFA custard but i have not tried that yet. So i kept the lime mix on top of CGC and noted the tfa smooth trick. ill have to dig around i think i have that stashed somewhere. thank you

Exactly, none other could take its place. Im just going to be so happy to nail the lime part down then work from there.The FA custard could have some of the element to make the lime pop. Ill see how this comes around in a few days, and i have the custard already in my cart. I am feeling better about this, after trying the tests and blowing out my taste buds on such a high mixture i know taste is subjective and lots of trial and error go into it. i'm glad i gound this board/group to get some extra insite. Thanks guys!

FA Custard rocks! I just revisited it as a stand alone @ 4% and wow, just wow. The last time I tried it stand alone was when I was using protanks and my subtank. Trying it in my Crius and other dual RTAs around .3 Ohm is blowing my mind.

FA Lime Cold-Pressed:

FA has two lime flavors, quite different. This one is fresh, unsweetened lime juice -refreshing, tart, and realistic. If you're making a limeade vape, start here.If you're adding a little lime juice to a recipe, start with 0.5%. This is a prominent flavor in recipes; give it a day or two to age it will mellow substantially, especially used at small amounts.

For zestier Key lime flavor, or in cocktail vapes for juice-and-a-twist, try Lime Cold-Pressed with a little Lime Tahiti added.

FA Lime Tahiti / Distilled:

This is a sharper lime flavor than Cold-Pressed, both of which mellow as they age. This is the muddled lime in a mixed drink, or a twist of zesty peel in your limeade. When fresh-mixed (especially with plenty of PG), it’s zesty, eye-opening, in-your-face lime, with a bit of bitterness.If you're mixing with this, consider 0.5% or less - Lime Tahiti can dominate other flavors even at 1%.Use Tahiti with Cold-Pressed for Key lime flavor. No other brand gets real lime juice ("cold press") and zest ("Tahiti / distilled) as accurately as FlavourArt. If you like lime, get both.If you just a limeade, get Lime Cold-Pressed instead.

After I posted, I kept reading around for a few hours last night, stumbled upon these notes. This is definetly what I need to be using. Thank you ! Mm key lime, might even pick up a bottle of condensed milk. Well re read about it along with fa custard. See how that can play in there.if not so much then another time.
