Legit or fake vtc4??

Did you rewrap it? If it didn't come with a green wrap and a black insulator ring, there is a good chance it is fake.
If you rewrapped it, if there was any seams in the old wrap, it is fake.

The bottom is awfully clean as well, if you didn't clean it, then there is the chance it's fake because normally there would be a little wear on the negative from the manufacturing process.

If you got it from ebay or amazon, there is a good chance it's fake. Anybody that feels like it can easily sell anything on either of these sites and there is no way to tell if they are honest sellers or not. Could even easily claim to be who they aren't, like claiming they work for a reputable battery dealer.

Also there is a straight line on the bottom of the backwards R and other figure instead of a U shaped curve connecting them. And the bottom is not at all reflective and pops out. See my ripped up pair from the tight battery compartment in the Laisimo L1 which I loosened up.

Maybe the backwards R shabed connection to the other letter/number is similar but the negative side is definitely a big give away that it's fake. It's hard to tell my pics because my cameras are too many mb per pic at lowest resolution so you're getting horrible quality from me. That bottom is fake as hell. And why is there lettering on a silver wrap? Fake all the way

I took the wrap off one of my old VTC4s that I got from liionwholesale.com to look closely and compare it to yours.

One of the dead giveaways (yet hardest to inspect) areas is under the positive pole, the battery vent.
Can you see under the raised positive at all?

The vent should look like this:
A small dimple with grooved 3/4 circle around it with 4 grooves leading out.

The pics are too hard to see. Hd pics dont upload. The lip looks a bit too thick and hangs over the top plus there are more mini lips underneath than I can notice with a wrap on. You should've showed us with the wrap on. I still doubt it's authenticity because not every warning sign must be matched as fake. I'd say 50 50 chance but check a few threads above and see us list where to get real ones

It's likely OK, I don't see anything obvious that's fake. You can't tell just by appearance alone though.
