So I have some FW VBIC and of course I haven't found any recipes using it. There are a lot with CAP which I just got in the mail finally. There are also some using TPA so my question is what are the big or subtle differences in all of these VBIC flavors. Can one be substituted for another and how so?

CAP is stronger, and TFA seems a bit sweeter.
FW I just got yesterday but haven't tried it yet.
But they all seem a little different to me anyway.
I've swapped TFA & CAP to see which one I like more but usually using a little bit more % for TFA.

I'm going to have to play around with the FW a bit. I think like with the TFA it needs a percentage boost. Definitely no good straight out the gate but after a week it's OK at best so far.

If it makes any difference to you, looking at the BCV website I see ....

TPA This product contains Acetyl Propionyl: >=1% and <10%

FW This product contains Acetoin: 0.033%

CAP (No Warning)

Just saying..

Thanks for the heads up! I avoid stuff when I can but it's not really a priority for me.
