old battery

heey,

i started vape about a year ago, and stop vaping after a half year.
now i wanne start vaping again, ( i realy wanne try again to stop smokey tabbaco.

now i got my old vtc 4 sony battery and wanne know if i can still use them,
there about a year old, and have been doing notting in my mod for about haf year.
as far as i can see the battery still look fine no leaking. the only thing i can see is little bumps at the + side of the battery around the edge in the plastic rapping.

are they good to go or should i buy new ones??

Does it take a charge good and vape ok? If so it is likely fine to vape with.
Might be a bit iffy if you are going to use it on below .5 builds otherwise...
Get another one that way you have one to compare with and you need 2 batteries anyway.

If the battery's not dead, takes a charge and doesn't get warm when your charging or vaping your probably ok.
I don't think I'd trust them in a mech mod or for high power low ohm builds. What mod do you have?
That being said for safety sake get new batteries.

general rule for safety sake with batteries ... if you have to question it, then replace it.
a 6-7$ battery is cheaper than your co-pay.

they will be here tomorrow.
i will just trow the old ones a way, beter save then sorry.

Please recycle the old ones. many places like Lowe's accept lithium batteries and safely recycle them.

Please recycle the old ones. many places like Lowe's accept lithium batteries and safely recycle them.

i will do, i dont know lowe's is, dont think i have one in my country.
i but i do believe we have a deposit near are market so i wil bring them there.
