Ocean grew up in a family so devoted to healthy, conscious living that his parents almost named him “Kale.” Food isn’t a topic he came to — it’s the world he was raised in. And through Food Revolution Network, he’s turned that lifelong immersion into a global movement for food that heals people and the planet.

Here’s the blessing he shared with me.

Ocean’s Prayer

I give thanks for the miracle of food.

I give thanks for the sun that poured its light into the soil, and the rain that carried the sky to the roots. I honor the farmers and farmworkers whose hands shaped the earth, the microbes who quietly built the foundation of all life, the water flowing through ancient hydrological cycles, and all the hands, seen and unseen, who drove the trucks, stocked the shelves, and carried this nourishment to our tables.

May we be fed not only by this food, but by our awareness of the web of life it represents. And may we use this nourishment to build a world where all people and all living beings can thrive.

Food is not just a commodity. It’s a community. A web of relationships that our lives depend on. And as we weave ourselves back into this sacred web of life, our lives can become more meaningful, and more beautiful.

With that in mind, Ocean is about to open the doors to what may be the most important food and health event of the year. He's hosting 300,000 people in the Food Revolution Summit Docuseries, an extraordinary online gathering bringing together the world's top doctors, scientists, and changemakers to explore how what we eat can transform our health and our planet.

I encourage you to grab your free spot here

Stay curious,

Hey Jimi,

Sharp people don't suddenly go foggy for no reason.

There's always a source.

It's easy to blame stress, a poor night's sleep, or simply getting older.

On its own, each symptom is easy enough to explain away.

But when you add them together, the story changes quickly.

How many of these do you recognize in yourself or someone you love?

1. You're searching for words mid-sentence.
You know what you want to say. It's right there. And then it's not. So you pause, search, or swap in simpler words. And it's happening more and more.

2. You have more small, short-term slips.
You walk into a room and forget why. Can't find the keys that are already in your hand. Open a tab and forget what you were about to google.

3. You can't process information the same anymore.
You have to read things multiple times. You can't retain verbal conversations well. You compensate by taking more notes, making lists, recording meetings, and adding simple to-dos to your calendar.

4. Your focus drops faster than it should.
You start strong, then hit a wall. Tasks take longer. You get distracted more easily.

5. Your motivation has gone flat.
Some days you feel clear and productive. Other days, it's like everything takes effort. Your drive is duller, and things that used to excite you no longer do.

6. You feel mentally drained by simple tasks.
Tasks that used to be easy now require more energy than they should. So you procrastinate or skip them entirely creating a heavier mental load that won't go away.

7. You're moodier than normal.
You get annoyed by minor things more often. You experience anxious thoughts and feelings, even without a clear stressor. Some days all you want to do is rot on the couch. You beat yourself up for not being as productive or sharp as you used to be.

8. Your handwriting slowly declines
Small changes in handwriting quality signifies a decline in the precentral gyrus of your frontal lobe, your parietal lobe or cerebellum or basal ganglia(or a combination of these areas).

These symptoms tend to appear when the systems supporting your brain are under pressure.

Runaway inflammation, toxic load, and gut dysfunction all play a role in how your brain performs day to day.

When those factors build up, clarity, motivation, and mental energy are among the first things to decline.

And it's no use trying to just push through.

You can't out-hustle a broken brain.

Tomorrow at noon Pacific, I'm hosting a live workshop where I'll reveal why even the most driven, capable people start losing their edge.

Because there's actually an interesting physiological reason behind it.

It’s called Fix My Broken Brain, and it’s designed for people just like you who are tired of feeling like they're operating at half capacity and want their clarity, motivation, and drive back.

If you saw yourself in more than one of these 8 broken brain symptoms and you want to stop managing symptoms and finally fix the real source of your brain fog, exhaustion, and low mood, this workshop is a must-attend.

Register for the Fix My Broken Brain workshop.

Wishing you abundant health,

Jason

Exercise Helps Fix I am a spammer ban me Dysfunction

By Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Mike Roizen, MDs

When urogynecologists in Grand Rapids, Michigan, helped set up a "Laugh Don't Leak" comedy show, they wanted to become rainmakers for the National Association for Continence. And while that fundraiser didn't leave a dry (eye) in the house, we think they could have followed it up with a "Can You Kegel?" after-party for guys.

Most guys don't know that pelvic floor muscle exercises (called Kegels), which help women control bladder problems and enhance orgasm, can help them too. The 16 percent of older men who are incontinent, the 52 percent of men with some degree of I am a spammer ban me dysfunction, the 50 percent of guys 51 to 60 with benign prostatic hyperplasia, and the 30 percent of men who experience premature I am a spammer ban me can all benefit.

Special: Why Most Male Intimacy Supplements Don't Work

Here's the routine: Next time you're urinating, stop the flow. You've just used the muscles you want to strengthen. Now, empty your bladder and try the routine: Contract your pelvic floor muscles — tight — for three seconds; relax for three seconds. Aim for 10 repetitions, three times a day, day after day.

One more thing: We know there's a silicone penis barbell (we kid you not!) that slips around the shaft. It's designed to make Kegels more of a workout. But we think your first choice should be a combo of standard Kegels with a total body workout (walking 10,000 steps a day; getting a half-hour of strength training two to three days a week). That'll help you lose weight and improve your circulation and your attitude — and that's guaranteed to make your love life livelier.

3 DAYS LEFT
Hi Jimi,

We're just 3 days away from the start of the Stop Cancer Docu-Class!

Today, I want to give you a sneak peek at one of our featured speakers: Dr. Peter Osborne
, talking about cancer-generating toxins to avoid.
During the Docu-Class, Dr. Osborne is going to speak about:

  • EXPOSING HIDDEN HOME MOLD POISONS
Hear Dr. Osborne’s incredible personal story about how initially unrecognized mold exposure poisoned his entire family. They suffered scary problems like, loss of memory, total exhaustion, and one family member died … all due to this invisible threat. You'll also get a revealing look at why ‘standard’ mold inspections are worthless and what you need to do instead to see if you have unacceptable mold levels inside your home or office.

  • GLUTEN FREE MISTAKES TO AVOID
Dr. Osborne will reveal which foods claim to be gluten-free, but they're NOT. You'll get Dr. Osborne’s list of the best foods to help detoxify the body and also find out how to avoid destructive foods.
If you're concerned about avoiding cancer, then you definitely do NOT want to miss these two presentations.

I'll email you again in a few days with another "sneak peek" of the Stop Cancer Docu-Class featuring Dr. Group talking about the root cause that leads to a cancer diagnosis.

Remember: On Tuesday, April 21st, I'll be sending you a special link to start watching Dr. Osborne and other leading experts on cancer when we kick off the Stop Cancer Docu-Class.

To Your Health,
Jonathan Landsman, Host

How Coffee Can Affect Heart Rhythm

By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.

According to the American Heart Association, coffee can cause the heart’s lower chambers, the ventricles, to skip beats. Researchers recruited 100 coffee drinkers and fitted them with devices to continuously record their health. Over two weeks, participants were randomly assigned to either drink as much coffee as they liked or to forgo it.

The researchers then tracked the changes within each person and between people that occurred when they were either exposed to coffee or went without.

The study found no evidence that coffee consumption created any irregular rhythms within the atria, the upper chambers of the heart. But they did find that coffee consumption could cause the ventricles — the lower chambers of the heart — to skip beats.

Special: 62% of Older Adults 'Fail the Test' When It Comes to This Essential Mineral

“On days randomly assigned to coffee, people exhibited about 50 percent more premature ventricular contractions [PVCs] — more early beats arising from the lower chambers of the heart,” said lead author Dr. Gregory Marcus, associate chief of cardiology for research at the University of California, San Francisco.

These PVCs are common and are usually regarded as harmless, he added. But if you’re concerned about the effects of coffee on your health, you should probably talk with your doctor, Marcus said.

Depending on your personal health issues, it might make sense for you to either drink coffee or abstain from it.

In this episode, I’m speaking with Caroline Alan, the self-proclaimed “Mineral Geek.”
She shares her history of serious health problems, including gut inflammation, periodontal disease with bone loss in her teeth, recurring sinus infections, brain fog so bad she left her corporate career, and lifelong insomnia.

But her health completely transformed thanks to a chance suggestion from her business partner to try liquid minerals.

Caroline is now passionate about sharing the connections she’s found between mineral depletion, replenishment, and cellular function.

She’s also a soon-to-be published author; her book, The Mineral Reset: The Essential Guide to Replenishing Your Body and Restoring Your Health, will be available at the end of April.

In this podcast, Caroline and I discuss:
  • How her adrenal health, recurring sinus infections, and lifelong insomnia all resolved over 8-9 months on liquid minerals (even though no doctor mentioned this)

  • A healthy body generates about 1,200 watts of electricity daily; most of us only generate 800, maybe 500-600 watts, so the body picks and chooses which tasks are most important

  • One heart cell might have 5,000-8,000 mitochondria, one brain neuron could have upwards of 2 million…each organelle continually generates tiny units of energy (ATP)

  • When you take a 500 mg calcium pill, only 10% ever gets broken down and becomes available for absorption; 90% is eliminated because the gut says, "This is too much concentration, I have to eliminate the excess."

  • The gut lining has receptor sites in ratios - certain amounts for each mineral - even if you put 500 mg of calcium in, only a certain amount can be absorbed

  • Fulvic acid is the only molecule on Earth that can change its polarity from positive to negative…when you study it deeply, you end up in quantum mechanics, Higgs boson, quantum entanglement, and quantum singularity

  • Fulvic delivers minerals INTO your cell, changes polarity, picks up toxins, carries them OUT, and changes polarity again; it shuttles nutrients in and bio-waste out

  • Humic acid is "Mother Nature's janitor" - binds waste, toxins, heavy metals, free radicals, nanoplastics, glyphosate - it's used in Superfund sites to remove toxins from soils
