Was it a horror? A drama? A superhero flick? No, for most cinemagoers, the first time they saw something that really disturbed them was while watching a ‘safe’ kids’ film as they sat cheerily next to a parent, both oblivious to the trauma that was about to etch their way onto their soul forever. It’s always gross when couples get all cutesy with their food in public, but it’s even more spewier when that couple is mummy and daddy Tyrannosaurus Rex and their dinner is Eddie, the guy trying to save our heroes as they dangle helplessly from the cliff’s edge. The enraged T-Rex tears poor Eddie out of his SUV, playfully flip him around in the air before each dino grabs an end in its huuuuge teeth and tugs hard, bloodily bisecting him. PDA guys, come on!
