18650 battery store

I have bought batteries from them many times but didn't notice the warning "do not use in e-cig or vape"... is this new? I assume it's just for legal reasons. I want to order some flat top 18650 batteries (same ones I have ordered before)

Purely legal, they risk regulatory issues if they sell them for vaping purposes, because then the batteries themselves are classified as tobacco products.

Warning labels show up on older product lines all the time. Probably just legal stuff they added to cover themselves. If you've been using the same batteries fine, you're good to order them again.

yeah retailers added those disclaimers mostly for legal protection, nothing to do with the batteries themselves. if the same model worked for you before, it'll work now
