is there anything that could be used in place of the RUM? I can't with the booze flavors.

I'm drawing a blank... I think just extra Caramel or Butterscotch would be blah. Coconut would be a good contrast, but maybe not sweet enough. I don't know!

I don't really get much booze flavor from the Rum.
And, at such a low %, I doubt you will even taste it, especially with the Banana in there.
Just my .02 cents...
