I haven't used Heartland's nic. Their premium brand is Chemnovatic which is EU sourced and the same supplier as VapersTek. I'm not sure about the less expensive nic source. I'll let others who have used it comment on the quality.

Yea I am probably just going to get the ultra premium. I have used vaperstek in the past and enjoyed it.
