I need to get a charger this week but not sure what to get.

I'm looking at the Xtar VC4, the Nitecore D4 or the Efest Luc V4, what would you recommend and why..

Thanks for the help

I would also add the Efest LUC V4 to the list. That is what I have and it hasn't given me an ounce of trouble.

All of them would be a great charger and about the only thing I can think of that would sway me on which one to get would be pricing. I happen to get mine at a great price when I bought it and that is why I went with it.

I recommend the Efest Blu6. They're about $40 regular price at ecig.com I believe. I love mine. Can charge 6 at .5 amps, 4 at 1 amp, or 2 at 2 amps. The real reason to get it over others is the Bluetooth, IMO. It's so nice and works flawlessly. You can monitor all your batteries in detail, and change the charging rate from your phone. It's so nice to be able to keep an eye on your batteries elsewhere in the house. Check the app, pull em if they're done. If it had push notifications for when they finished charging it would be perfect, that's a small complaint, though. It's well worth it.

LUC V4 is my vote, mine came with standard 110v power supply plus 12v power adapter. Plus the fact you can use the power from the batteries to charge almost any USB device is awesome.

Yeah, 6 bay was excessive but the only option for the BT, which is so freaking awesome. Again, if they'd just make push notifications for full charge you'd never even have to check the app. Now I can charge ten batteries at a time, and since I just ordered a DNA 200 Reaulaux, the six bay is actually kinda needed.

I'd really shop around and spend a bit extra for the Blu6. It's totally worth it, and I'm guessing the Luc chargers are slowly all going to be updated to Bluetooth. It's definitely not a gimmick add on.

I don't have any experience with different chargers. Started with a Efest LUC V4 and it's still going strong. I use a lot of high intensity flashlights that also use 18650s. Efest stays plugged in all the time. The 2 Amp setting will bring 2 batteries up in a hurry if you need it too. The USB port allows you to charge a USB device from an 18650 with a battery in bay 2. Never had to use it, but would probably be handy for charging a phone during an extended power outage.
