yes and no. the good: my felonies became misdemeanors, which is good cause i cant afford any more of those nasty fuckers on my record. the bad: 3 more years of probation tacked on, and the stupid fucking state ordered stay away order of protection will not be dropped. 5 years of that. so that puts me in quite the prediciment. i cant be around the girl according to the law, but i cant go home to live in my house, so what do i do. take the chance of getting caught and risk 8 years of prison, or go home and figure out how to survive in a shell of a house without my family.
Always a plus to have them dropped to misdemeanors they go away after a while felonies don't

That's horrible spot to be in Tav, I can't even imagine being caught up in the system that long...I would not risk it for sure, I guess you have choices to make but your ultimately going to pay a price either way for being a bad boy :( Shit, now I know why people just take the jail time, that probation that long is not even realistic in some ways. Sorry bro :) You can move to Colorado and we can get you a new identity heh

Damn dude sorry to hear about all that. Our justice system is such a cluster fuck. I'm glad I've managed to mostly steer clear of it, hoping to keep it that way. At least we will be in Colorado soon where the most illegal thing I enjoy is legal haha

@Taver13 from my blinded perspective it seems that your struggle is to do the right thing. So pick what puts you in the best place today and tomorrow. Just do what you can to find a plan that helps you "live" for today.

If you think talk'n will help ... lemme know and I'll shoot you some digits.

I'm hoping no fast ones are pulled. Last week: Gearbest and Vapor Tek USA were both at that price point for the full kit. Vapor Joe actually featured the Gearbest deal. I tag'd onto the VTU deal 'cause it'll be shipped from the USA. I'm pretty interested in keeping the set. And, Joyetech really had my number when they did the muscle motor thing. I've actually had two out of the three paint jobs on my cars, and I think the third one would look good on my motorcycle.
I think you'll be fine. I think they priced the pre-orders cheap and when they saw demand they jacked the price up. Pre-orders are still priced at $74.95 over at Sweet-Vapes as well. If I had the money I would pre-order one myself. They definitely look to be working as they're supposed to according to the reviews I've seen so far. Sucks I don't have the cash though, because I know it's going to be over $100 by the time I do, and I won't pay that so I probably won't ever have one. I'm still not 100% sold on the temp control thing, but it's a damn sweet looking mod, and that 5000mah!

Yeah man, that situation sucks. I honestly don't know what I would do if I was in your shoes. Freedom is invaluable and family is irreplaceable. Loneliness is shitty and forced separation from your family is just straight-up bullshit. I'd want to be with my family, but I don't know if I could take that risk. If you take the risk and get caught, you not only don't get to be with your family, but you end up losing your freedom...for quite awhile from the sounds of it. Is there any way to appeal their decision or was it part of a plea deal? You don't need to answer that except to yourself...just trying to help you think is all. I'd definitely appeal it if I was in your shoes...even if I had to sell material possessions or borrow the money to get the money to pay the lawyer. That's a tough sentencing to swallow. If there's anything I can do to help you know how to reach me.

They don't want you near your wife? Or am I confused as usual.
Pretty dumb isn't it? Whatever past differences they had, and whatever it escalated into is regardless. They have obviously been cohabitating since so I don't get why they would do such a stupid thing. Talk about tearing families apart. Five years too, WTF? That's a long damn time.
