Good morning fellas...

New temp-control device, X CUBE II, soon to be release from Smok. Let's hope they nailed the TC better than the X Pro M80.

The red stripe is actually a customizable LED that can be 16 million colors. Woohoo! I always wanted that feature on my mod. ;)

Again no mention if it is PWM or DC-DC. If like the M80, it will be PWM. I know some people say they can not tell the difference, I can.

If I had to guess, I'd say PWM since they state "X CUBE II provides 160W maximum output and a longer battery life, which means you will replace batteries less often. It has 16 wattage memory modes, in time to meet your different demands."
I did send a message over on Facebook to clarify and hopefully get an answer.

I just noticed RIP's review on that TCT, he said the flavor is AMA-AMA-AMAZING! It was CHU-CHU-CHUCKIN' the clouds. Coils lasted him 3 weeks. Haha.

I already know he is crazy, but seems like he may be trying to push a product, my experience with the tank is the flavor is muted. I tried several temps and different juices.

I'm pretty sure he said the sweet spot for him was 450, and he said the factory coils lasted him 3 weeks of daily use. Like I said before though, I thought the flavor was muted in the VCT Pro which is the same tank just without temp control heads. They're built exactly the same, except one comes with green o-rings installed and one comes with black o-rings installed, one comes with kanthal heads, one comes with nickel heads.

I just watched his video, it seems his TCT tanks screws on and off pretty easy. I have issues with mine. Again the flavor sucks compared to others.

The led light is definitely a nice feature
I'm sure some will say it's a waste of battery, but an LED requires so little battery power, it's minimal. That light coming on and off is probably equal to one or two less hits off a battery cycle. I like the idea of there not being a button, it's a bar, so you basically squeeze the whole box to fire. I think that will be nice if it works well. I also like the screen itself.

That's weird...are the o-rings seated all the way down? I had probs originally with one of the VCT's but the o-ring was the culprit, it wasn't all the way down, just an idea.
Ooops! Also I should mention, thanks!
Pretty sure you already said that...but you're welcome. It was a trade of for the Delta II...haha. I love that damn thing! :)

Morning Ricky! Your wife have that baby yet?
@Vaperjim not sure if you saw, but I got an email from AngelCigs that they are going to ship a replacement eGrip. They had to change the color though, they were out of the other. Choice was silver or camo...told them silver would be good, no camo, I'm not a hunter.

I probably would pick silver to begin with if it was for me. I think my wife liked the wooden one. I was going to order a cover for it, but she told me not to. Watch her make me order a wooden-style wrap for the silver one though. :( She'll just have to be happy it got replaced. ;) In the end, she'll get what she wants. Happy wife=happy life!

good to hear.

damn, i need more coffee.

@Cruel-Phate i dont remember if you still have a goblin or not, but if you do, i finally found the perfect build/wicking for no dry hits high watts, no leakage. ill put up pics if ou do, or if anyone else has one, i cant remember right now

Yes, I am still using my Goblin, last I recall it was 28g, I have a blueberry in that tank, I don't get dry hits but I remember took forever manicuring that cotton just right. I am sure I am due to change the wick out on that one, good tank just pain in the butt
