You have sent me an email that my order has been shipped with some link that doesn't work. That was 3 hours ago. After that, I have sent you 4 emails, asking for a tracking number and still didn't get any response.

Got a call from a guy from this company and he explained that they have some server issue.
I'm amazed by their fast response,since i posted my reply above.
Big positive feedback for a customer service. Very pleasant conversation.
If they are able to keep up with matching prices, this can be a very competitive company.
