It means the RDA was modified to bottom-feeding by Tom at Catfish Atty Mods.
For a long time, he was THE best source for good squonking atties. He'd buy 50 of a good RDA, and make them bottom-fed, usually replacing the pin entirely, sometimes other hardware to make it better. He bottom-fed NarDa before there was a NarDa bf pin. Etc.
His work is really clean, good quality.
(He still does it a bit, but since there are more BF rdas available, spends more time now making mods.)

Todd liked the Wanko which is why I got one. Well that and they were cheap.
Not bad attys just not wasp grade of vape though.

Single coil squonkers left, I think would be these two.
They're both YTFK clones - pretty nicely made, and very different - the Little Bang has a really tiny airhole - I never built it when I realized it looked pretty dedicated to an MTL tight draw. The Hellfire looks to be a more versatile, probably good for MTL or a pretty open draw.
Both are TINY atties - I think 16 or 18mm (I'm travelling - can check tomorrow night...)
