Been vaping for a while now, and honestly, some small mistakes can completely ruin the experience. Thought Iād share a few things that helped me avoid burnt hits, leaks, dead batteries, and other annoying stuff.
Would love to hear what vaping mistakes everyone else made when starting
- Donāt wait until your battery is completely dead
Nothing worse than grabbing your vape outside and realizing it has 2% battery left. I started checking battery levels before leaving home and it saves a lot of frustration. - Overfilling the pod/tank = leaks
I used to think āmore juice = better.ā Nope. Overfilling usually just creates leaking problems and messy pockets. - Taking super hard hits isnāt always better
Especially with mesh coil devices, slow and steady pulls actually taste smoother. Big aggressive drags just heat things too much and sometimes burn the coil faster. - Replace coils before they taste terrible
If the flavor suddenly feels dull or slightly burnt, the coil is probably done. I ignored this way too many times before learning my lesson. - Clean your device sometimes
Not saying you need a deep cleaning every day, but wiping the mouthpiece and cleaning leftover juice buildup makes a surprisingly big difference. - Cheap e-liquid can ruin a good device
Tried saving money once with random low-quality juice⦠bad idea. Weird flavor, faster coil burn, and leaking issues. Never again. - Donāt leave your vape in a hot car
Especially during summer. Heat messes with both the battery and the liquid. Learned this after one disposable started tasting super weird after sitting in my car for hours. - Use the right type of device for your style
Big cloud devices arenāt for everyone. Some people honestly enjoy smaller pod systems more because theyāre lighter and easier for daily use. - Airflow matters more than people think
Too open = weak flavor. Too closed = harsh hit. Took me forever to figure out the sweet spot. - VG/PG ratio actually changes the experience
Higher VG feels smoother and makes bigger clouds. Higher PG gives stronger throat hit. Once I figured this out, choosing liquids became way easier.
